Help contratto

Allora sto acquistando uno script fuori Italia su un sito a caso, siccome non ho notato niente di simile ad un contratto d'acquisto o accordo ho chiesto al tipo se se ne poteva fare uno e lui mi ha detto di mandarglielo che lo visiona e lo firma.
Esiste un qualche contratto standard (link pls) che sapete indicarmi??
Preferibilmente in Inglese.
