*PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Our internship program is designed to transform passionate and ambitious students into the most influential online entrepreneurs. From day one, the internship program offers a unique opportunity for highly talented individuals. Participants will navigate through a diverse series of challenging and high-caliber assignments that span across the entire company. Successful candidates will also receive maximum exposure to the company’s core business ventures, technologies and leaders, while being deeply involved in the development and execution of the company's online marketing strategy.
*YOUR PROFILE*
Successful candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or similar area. Your enthusiasm for the internet and opportunities it offers can’t be denied. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the internet industry (especially in the area of online marketing) and you potentially have experience as an e-commerce and/or travel entrepreneur.
In addition, the ideal candidate:
* Is independent, committed and creative;
* Is able to manage, organize and prioritize;
* Is self-motivated and execution minded;
* Has strong analytical skills and is able to deal with numbers;
* Is an organized person with a strong focus on processes, details, and quality;
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Is an excellent and pro-active team player;
* Is flexible and has an entrepreneurial mindset;
* Copywriting skills and knowledge of HTML are a plus;
* The use of all standard Microsoft Office applications is required. The right candidate must be fluent in English. Nice-to-have experience within the travel industry or e-commerce.
