there's a chance that you're going to get hung up the first time you try to log in. But do not despair! Follow these extremely simple steps.

1. Log in as normal.
2. Watch your pink bar ALMOST fill completely.
3. Hit escape, and go back to character selection screen.
4. Log in again. This time, you'll be magically ported to a safe spot.
