Best gear available in game for RvR and PvE, including a mix of rare Tuscarian Glacer Gear, Player Crafted armor and level 10 Artifacts, resulting in maxed con, dex, pie, very high resists, casting speed (10% cap from Scalars, Cloudsong and Traldors), mana pool (20-25% cap from several items), spell damage (10% cap from GoV and Traldor's Aura), spell piercing (10% cap from Traldors and Cloudsong Aura) and spell range (10% cap from GoV and Cloudsong Aura).
Outstanding PvP and RvR Character:
-- Suppression spec is the ultimate player killer when running with a good pvp group. Soul Annihilation is the spell which deals more damage in game, a Pbae attack that can drop several enemy players in a few seconds. Of course, this spec is oriented towards group pvping.
But the most valuable skill of this character is the permanent wolf morph skill that the Maddening Scalars Artifact provides. It allows you to morph into a wolf for 10 min, attacks wont dispel the effect. It has unlimited charges and can be used once every 15 min. There's no casting animation when you cast spells as a wolf.
RR 4.3, ML 3 with a lot of higher levels completed
