* Evade rates are nearly non-existant, due to the weaponskill factor for Evade. It needs to be fixed at 90% (regardless of weaponskill) to make it useful as an escape tool.
No , we aren't see this. Need logs to show it

* The snare effect for the DD/Snare (Runes of Mazing) and AE DD/Snare (Field of Mazing) are blocked by Root spells. This one is now in the bug tracker and being investigated.
