è per questo che hanno messo civ IV+exp a 10 euro su steam.

No, è annunciato da febbraio :P e io l'ho pagato 7 euro (ovviamente non nè in Italia nè su merdaSteam) tipo due anni fa :D
(l'unica cosa è che era una "complete edition" senza colonization)
