ti da speed3 con immunità a mezz/stun/root/snare rispettivamente x 15-30-45 secondi (mi sembrano corretti i timer ma nn sono sicuro) a seconda del livello della RA

cambia il reuse timer 15 min / 5 min / 2 min se non sbaglio.
