5% hit chance to hit ---> vale per arma della SUN?

Bene con questa patch si chiarisce anche che le craftate non avevano questo bonus ed ora si.
Parla delle armi Artefatto e delle Champion (anche se qualcuno aveva dubbio su queste), e la domanda mi sorge spontanea non essendo facile da provare.

L'arma creata dalla Belt of Sun ricade in queste tipologie?

Do per scontato che ci ricade anche una leggendaria visto che è craftata?

Se non ho certezze dovrò fare dei test luuuunghi, grazie a chiunque mi risparmi tempo :)
