Vabbe che ho 2 account ma uno lo pago in 1 del mese e altro in 13,e allora che e questo pos esercenti?

We're having all of our transactions investigated right now which were processed within a time frame we have identified. As you may imagine, this is a lengthy process. Once they have completed this review, they will send us a list of all of the accounts which were overcharged and we will refund them accordingly. At this time I have no official ETA, however we are hoping to have this completed by the end of next week.

Please do not fill out any forms or contact our customer care department. Once our vendor has provided us with the affected accounts you will be refunded automatically. Nothing is needed on your end aside from to await a refund.

In pratica dicono di non mandare nessuna comunicazione, perchè faranno loro la ricerca e accrediteranno in automatico quanto non dovuto.
