non che possa essere molto indicativo per un quadro completo ma iniziando ed arrivando a goblin questi non è riuscito nemmeno a fare il primo giretto. E' fiamma ovunque :)
The 'stance' system of Hulk Tough/Free/Mad has fundamentally changed. They are no longer toggle powers, but are hybrid active/passives. All the benefits of those toggle powers are now passives, and you do not have to choose which one you have active, or have them on your power bar to gain those effects!
But... this is Hulk we're talking about. Hulk demands more than just passives! The three powers, in addition to all their passive effects, have powerful on-demand buffs that trigger a cooldown on the power. Hulk never loses the benefits of a passive by using the activated ability of that power (i.e., placing and/or using Hulk Tough on your power bar has zero effect on the passive defense bonuses that you gain by placing points into the skill). Here are the 'active' effects:
Hulk Tough will grant you 100% damage reduction for 3 seconds on using the power. You can still be crowd controlled, but all damage is completely negated.
Hulk Free will grant you 1000 tenacity, effectively making you immune to all crowd control for 3 seconds on using the power.
Hulk Mad will grant you 100% critical strike chance for 5 seconds on using the power.
The cooldowns of each of these active powers are reduced with additional points in the powers, in addition to increasing the potency of their individual passives. Hulk Free's cooldown is significantly shorter than the other two, so Hulk players can still reliably cleanse without waiting for a long cooldown.

Ms. Marvel now unlocks a sixth point in Energy Projection at level 56.
Binary Overdrive now buffs Ms. Marvel's physical damage as well as her energy damage output. Binary Overdrive's initial damage has been increased roughly 40%, and the damage over time portion has been increased roughly 20%.
Photonic Energy
To better communicate the benefits of photonic energy, it has been converted to a 'pip' system (10 pips in total). Powers will not use pips in small amounts, but this will allow players to easily see how much benefit a single pip is granting them, and see how many they have at a quick glance for faster calculations.
Photonic energy now decays much, much slower - 80% slower to be exact.
Photonic energy is now gained on being struck by any attack, with bonus photonic energy gained when struck by an energy attack. The overall gains for taking energy attacks has not changed, but there will be minor gains when hit by other sources of damage.
Photonic energy now reduces damage done to Ms. Marvel, 3% reduction per pip.
The tooltip for photonic energy now shows the exact benefit (5% energy damage per pip, 3% damage mitigation per pip), and the damage tooltips for energy damage powers will now update as you gain or lose photonic energy.
Several powers now gain photonic energy, allowing Ms. Marvel players to easier gain the effects of the resource, and incorporate rotations of gaining and spending photonic energy in their builds. See the individual power notes on Photon Punch, Energy Absorption, Warbird Charge, Crashdown Strike, and Photonic Defense for more info.
Brawling
Roundhouse Kick has gained increased damage scaling with power points.
Slightly increased range of Cosmic Haymaker, increased attack speed slightly, and improved the targeting. Haymakers will not miss as often.
Uppercut Blast will consume all photonic energy to deal more damage, and will grant Ms. Marvel a 50% damage reduction buff for a short duration. The duration and bonus is based on how much photonic energy you consumed when using the power, 1.5 seconds per pip of Photonic Energy consumed. Uppercut Blast's animation times have been slightly increased, and the damage scaling of the power has gone up.
Defiant Escape no longer requires or spends photonic energy to become immune to conditions for a brief duration, and gains 0.25 seconds of immunity per point (up from 0.1 seconds). Defiant Escape now allows players to move immediately after activation, and can activate the power without being under the effects of crowd control.
Fixed a bug where Defiant Escape's brief duration of crowd control immunity was not functioning properly sometimes.
Kree Toughness now has a secondary effect of increasing attack speed for fighting powers, based on how much photonic energy you currently have.
Kree Toughness now grants Tenacity to Ms. Marvel.
Photon Punch now deals physical damage instead of energy, and grants photonic energy per enemy struck. This is to give melee-based Ms. Marvel players a single stat to focus on (physical damage), instead of needing to choose between energy and physical, and gives melee-based Ms. Marvel players a method of gaining photonic energy.
Mighty Punch has been increased in damage by 20%, putting it on par with Photon Punch in terms of scaling. Mighty will be higher in dps in most cases, with Photon being utility-based in that it adds to your secondary resource.
Photonics
Photonic Blast and Stellar Beam are now basic powers, and share a 3% damage synergy with each other.
Photonic Wave has a 3% damage synergy with Photonic Devastation, has had its damage increased 10%, its secondary resource cost has been removed, and its spirit cost has been reduced to 20 (down from 27).
Photonic Defense now resists damage from all angles around Ms. Marvel.
Photonic Devastation has a 2% damage synergy with Photonic Wave, it's photonic energy cost has been removed, and the animation windup time has been reduced, resulting in tighter control of the power.
Fixed a bug where Photonic Devastation was not gaining proper damage from Photonic Energy (Secondary Resource).
Photonic Regeneration's secondary resource cost has been removed to activate the instant heal portion. Photonic Regeneration's healing effects are now increased by your current level of Photonic Energy (5% per pip). Heal over time duration has hastened to 3 seconds (down from 5), cooldown has increased to 3 seconds. Healing has been slightly reduced to compensate for the reduced activation costs.
Stellar Flare will now grant Ms. Marvel a 50% damage reduction buff for a short duration. The duration is based on how much photonic energy you consumed when using the power, 1.5 seconds per pip of Photonic Energy consumed. In addition, Stellar Flare's maximum charge up time has been hastened by 25%, and Ms. Marvel is now immune to all crowd control while channeling Stellar Flare. The minimum/maximum damage ranges have been tightened up to be more consistent on Stellar Flare as well.
Avionics
Flying Knee has gained increased damage scaling with power points.
Warbird Charge now adds photonic energy for each enemy hit, and has gained increased damage scaling with power points. It is also properly flagged as a Fighting Power.
Flight has gained a passive movement speed increase with power points. These 'add-on' passives will continue to be placed on Flight powers as we continue to adjust and improve on heroes.
Crashdown Strike's damage has been quadrupled, gains photonic energy for each enemy struck, and has gained a short cooldown. Power points in Crashdown Strike will now reduce the cooldown slightly and increase the knockdown duration, in addition to increasing damage. Crashdown Strike's finishing animation is now shorter, and can be cancelled immediately after Ms. Marvel has landed. This change defines Crashdown Strike as a powerful initiation tool, and is the first step in giving a powerful, short cooldown power to every hero to initiate or burst powerful groups of enemies.
We will continue to closely monitor Ms. Marvel in the next few days for immediate adjustments, and monitor player feedback in the coming weeks for longer-term modifications.

Io mi son portato avanti col lavoro ed il verdeciccio l'ho già portato al 25 atto 7...
Ma allo stesso tempo sto rivalutando Cap (visto che mi sono abbastanza sfrantumato di Storm)... non riesco a morire (tranne quando mi dimentico di tenere up il quick block...ma li sono coglione io...) ho fatto limbo 30 al 27 buttandomi in mezzo a nugoli di mob e facendo un picnic dentro le scariche di Elektro senza mai morire... :gha:
Con Storm crepo solo se mi pensano...
Normale crepare con Storm... Nn ha difese. Io con Jean crepo solo se nn ho lo scudo attivo
