In basso a sx, vai su Wp Admin per far aprire un'altra finestra con accesso come admin, in questo modo esci dalla sovra-gestione fatta da wordpress.com
giuro che non vedo dove sia questo wp admin -.-'

Prova a modificare manualmente l'indirizzo aggiungendo tuoblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
guarda, ora sono nel pannello che dici tu, ma nonostante tutto nessuna impostazione per aggiungere un tema... l'help tra l'altro dice che non si può -.-'
