rvr aperto ai level 20 che potranno attaccare e nn essere attakkati finche nn attakkano loro (già me li vedo centinaia di level 20 che aspettano di asjammare e rompere i coglioni)
per non parlare che ormai è un pò troppo tardi per uscirsene con OF, mi ci vedo un server con 3000 persone che camperano mg per 2 mesi e poi totalmente vuoto xkè pochi avranno voglia di ricominciare da rr0 su un gioco vecchio 8 anni (non sono uno di quelli, ma so come ragiona la massa)
cmq bisogna pure vedere se alla fine uscirà
Aggiungo inoltre che a me toa nn è mai dispiaciuto, e francamente ora come ora è proprio easy mode, anzi sarebbe pure più difficile fare un pg perfetto senza toa... lol

Hello All!
As many of you are aware, Mythic has undergone some staffing changes, and as part of that, we have had to make changes to our internal organization. A couple of changes affected Dark Age’s development team. As Robert Mull mentioned in a previous post, we lost a valuable member of our Community Team. Though this pains us, we have to continue moving forward. The other change is that I have rejoined Dark Age development to lead the team moving forward. Chris Rabideau is still involved, but where his focus is spread out across multiple projects, mine will be specific to Dark Age. With that being said, I would like to take a moment to answer a couple of questions or concerns that some of you may have.
Who is this Lori person?
For those who do not know me, I have been with Mythic for 12 years, have worked on every Mythic project to date, and was an active developer through the launch of Dark Age and for several years after.
While it has been a long time since I have posted on the forums, I do glance over them. Up until recently, posting on the Herald and on the forums has been the domain of our Community team. Moving forward, I wish to increase the flow of communication between our team and you, the community. So you may see a post or two from me from time to time.
What’s going on with Dark Age of Camelot?
One of our first initiatives is hardware migration. Each DAoC server and cluster is moving to brand new hardware, which is much faster than the current aging hardware. This translates to things like less server downtime for patch day and more hardware stability. Less server downtime can potentially result in more frequent patches and hardware stability speaks for itself.
I have seen some of you mention “super clustering.” This is something that has been on our minds, as well. However, there are some severe technical hurdles for us to overcome in order to support this. So, while we are investigating this, we cannot yet promise that it will come to pass.
Several of you have been asking about Origins. While I would like to be able to provide you with specific information about its development, it is not something I can do at this time. As the lead on the team that had originally begun the project last spring, I have a lot of investment in the project and would love nothing more than to deliver it to you as soon as possible. However, other considerations have come in to play since that time. Our plans are to proceed forward with caution and without jeopardizing the existing game and the subscribers who are happy with the server types we currently offer.
We will also continue to implement new features, address bugs, make class adjustments based on player feedback, and run events. We plan to deliver updates and content that will make your game play more enjoyable.
Lastly, we are looking at ways of making the entry to the game easier for both new players and returning veterans. A lot of people who left us are rediscovering the type of game play that only Dark Age of Camelot can offer. We are also getting a new wave of people who are experiencing it for the first time and are seeing a whole different side to MMOs. We want to continue seeing an influx of these old friends and new faces.
In closing, I am happy to be back with the Dark Age team, and I look forward to working with the team to give the game the love and attention it deserves.

Non so se intenderlo come colpo di coda o come un riassetto post-Warhammer, ma è la prima volta dopo molti mesi (probabilmente occorre andare all'inizio del progetto Beta di Warhammer) che Mythic risponde in modo così assiduo sui loro Forum di test USA.
Da molto tempo infatti non si vedevano più tanto spesso sviluppatori, tutto era diventato un colloquiare tra noi giocatori e anche nella lista delle persone presenti al forum si era passati dalla decina e più di persone Mythic di un anno fa allo zero persistente.
Ora, se non altro, Lori scrive spesso. Spero sia un buon segno, visto che lei ha lavorato per WH, dopo DAoC e prima di questo "rientro".
Il primo lavoro che sta facendo è cercare di ridistribuire la pianificazione dei lavori in DaoC allo staff che era stato completamente smembrato dall'impatto EA/WarHammer.
Non sembra che Origins sia una delle priorità, ne hanno altre, per attirare interesse e correggere almeno le cose più semplici, intanto che si ristabilizza il tutto.
Comunque, a meno che non sia un mascheramento, mi è sembrata positiva su DAoC ed il suo futuro..
io spero solo si rendano conto immediatamente che daoc puo' ancora vivere e si dedichino a questo , evitando espansioni del cazzo quali dr....laby etc
daoc è stato il gioco online piu bello d tutti i tempi ....è ovvio ke qualcunque cosa paragonata a daoc nn da le stesse emozioni e divertimenti.. d consequenza nn c sarà mai un altro gioco ai livelli d daoc nn se piamo xculo...dal 2001 al 2005 è stato un boom....gli altri giochi dopo 1 o massimo 2 anni hanno avuto un crollo colossale..sia da stile d gioco che da community...eh......se c fosse la CTOnet.........................:D:D:D
