Il gioco e' andato in merda, perche han mantenuto una linea con l'rmah+unita ad altre cose, ma prima di aprire bocca ci ho giocato e non rinnego il mio divertimento per il 900 ore.

Che e' ben diverso dall'aprire bocca perche "io penso che sia cosi" "perche ho letto un tweet" "perche il sistema e' sbagliato!" "Perche -inserire cagata random-".

Cmq i tweet li riporto sempre come tali e, di nuovo, anche ogni singolo rumor...le uniche cose che ho ben specificato come "vengono da un mio contatto" erano tutte quelle del pad, del prezzo della ps4,etc.
Cosi' come le primissime specs dei devkit etc...mi pare sia andato tutto as expected (a parte la mirabolante conversione euro dollaro, di nuovo -_-)

Se poi devo essere messo in discussione per robe inesistenti o vostre percezioni, cazzi vostri...io le console le ho sempre comprate tutte quindi se c'e' uno che non si fa pilotare dal brand loyalty sono proprio io.

Inoltre, nessuno mi paga per star qui e cerco di dare informazioni utili e riportare sempre le ultime news che trovo (come se ora fosse colpa mia se quelle riguardanti il boxone fanno ridere AoE), ma puoi sempre moddare Hador e gg, tanto sono 2 anni che rompe la minchia e ho smesso di postare in news proprio per evitarlo, mo' smetto anche qui cosi' siamo a posto.

Hador, nemmeno ti rispondo perche' mi sono rotto i coglioni di headshottarti ogni cazzo di post, ti dico solo che come al solito apri la bocca senza sapere un cazzo e stai quasi sicuramente parlando di quando hanno iniziato a vendere la macchina a margine di profitto (che e' il dato pubblico comune), tralasciando qualche miliardino di buco da cui erano partiti (poi saggiamente fatti passare altrove) per via dei problemi della macchina stessa, le extended warranties, i rimpiazzi e tutta una serie infinita di altre robe e problemi e l'r&d del kinect etc etc etc che sono troppo annoiato per spiegarti.

Se con sta roba "ci lavori", gg a chi ti paga per le tue fantastiche analisi in-depth che si fermano al primo strato.

P.S. Riguardo al fanboysmo in generale...e' esattamente quello che fa un fanboy il fatto di dire "ci ho speso soldi, ci ho passato mille ore...NON PUO' essere un cesso!", e il discorso D3 non ha nulla a che fare con le vendite, nessuno ha mai avuto il minimo dubbio che fosse un successo commerciale....magari se pero' un pelo piu' gente avesse fatto casino, sarebbero tornati indietro stile microsoft pure loro e avrebbero releasato un prodotto migliore (visto che ne sono ampiamente capaci) con cui stareste ancora tutti giocando divertendovi e basta senza le minchiate delle aste etc.

P.P.S. Con tutto che non devo necessariamente succhiare uno stronzo per sapere che sa di merda, D3 l'ho ben provato...certo, con la trial, e non sara' stato l'endgame e quel che vuoi...ma quello che ho provato non giustifica l'aborto di politica. Sia BEN chiaro: CAPISCO al 300% il nostalgia factor per cui molti lo hanno rpeso, su quello non discuto nemmeno in quanto per molti giochi ne sono vittima anche io.

Il fatto che funzionasse cosi' o che non sia piu' parte di XOne?
La feature e' "andata" per ora, anche se e' in uno stato di sospensione a quanto han detto.

Cmq toh, qui c'e' la bloggata dell'impiegato MS nel suo intero.
La fonte era stata confermata 2 giorni fa da CBOAT e ieri da altri (per chi non lo sapesse, CBOAT lavora "segretizzimamenteh" in MS appunto).

While publishers have never come right out to us at MS and say "We want you to do something about used gaming" we could hear it in their voices and read it in their numerous public statements. The used gaming industry is slowly killing them and every attempt to slow down the bleeding was met with much resistance from the gaming community. I will admit that online passes were not well received nor were they well implemented, but I felt given time to mature it could have turned into something worth having as a gamer much like DLC (we went from pointless horse armor to amazing season passes like Borderlands 2!). Videogame development is a loss leader by definition and unlike other forms of media videogames only have one revenue stream and that is selling to you the gamer. So when you buy a game used you're hurting developers much more than say a movie studio. Many gamers fail to realize this when they purchase these preowned games. It is impossible to continue to deliver movie like experiences at the current costs without giving up something in return. It's what gamers want and expect, the best selling games are blockbusters, the highest rated are blockbusters, the most loved are blockbusters. How can developers continue to create these experiences if consumers refuse to support them? Many will argue the development system is broken, and I disagree. The development system is near broken, it's used gaming that is broken, but regardless I think more emphasis on this from both us at Microsoft and publishers would have gone a long way in helping educate the gamer, but again it is us who dropped the ball in this regard for that we're sorry.

Going back to Xbox One's feature set, one of the features I was most proud of was Family Sharing. I've browsed many gaming forums and saw that many people were excited about it as well! That made my day the first time I saw gamers start to think of amazing experiences that could come from game sharing. It showed that my work resonated with the group for which I helped create it for. I will admit that I was not happy with how some of my fellow colleagues handled explaining the systems and many times pulled my hair out as I felt I could have done a better job explaining and selling the ideas to the press and public at large. I'm writing this for that reason, to explain to gamers how many of the features would have worked and how many of them will still work.

First is family sharing, this feature is near and dear to me and I truly felt it would have helped the industry grow and make both gamers and developers happy. The premise is simple and elegant, when you buy your games for Xbox One, you can set any of them to be part of your shared library. Anyone who you deem to be family had access to these games regardless of where they are in the world. There was never any catch to that, they didn't have to share the same billing address or physical address it could be anyone. When your family member accesses any of your games, they're placed into a special demo mode. This demo mode in most cases would be the full game with a 15-45 minute timer and in some cases an hour. This allowed the person to play the game, get familiar with it then make a purchase if they wanted to. When the time limit was up they would automatically be prompted to the Marketplace so that they may order it if liked the game. We were toying around with a limit on the number of times members could access the shared game (as to discourage gamers from simply beating the game by doing multiple playthroughs). but we had not settled on an appropriate way of handling it. One thing we knew is that we wanted the experience to be seamless for both the person sharing and the family member benefiting. There weren't many models of this system already in the wild other than Sony's horrendous game sharing implementation, but it was clear their approach (if one could call it that) was not the way to go. Developers complained about the lost sales and gamers complained about overbearing DRM that punished those who didn't share that implemented by publishers to quell gamers from taking advantage of a poorly thought out system. We wanted our family sharing plan to be something that was talked about and genuinely enjoyed by the masses as a way of inciting gamers to try new games.

The motto around the offices for the family plan was "It's the console gaming equivalent to spotify and pandora" it was a social network within itself! The difference between the family sharing and the typical store demo is that your progress is saved as if it was the full game, and the data that was installed for that shared game doesn't need to be erased when they purchase the full game! It gave incentive to share your games among your peers, it gave games exposure, it allowed old games to still generate revenue for publishers. At the present time we're no longer going forward with it, but it is not completely off the table. It is still possible to implement this with the digital downloaded versions of games, and in fact that's the plan still as far as I'm aware.

Another feature that we didn't speak out about was the fact we were building a natural social network with Xbox One in itself that didn't require gamers to open their laptops/tablets to post to their other friends nor did they need to wrestle with keyboard add-ons. Each Xbox Live account would have a full "home space" in which they could post their highest scores, show off their best Game DVR moments, what they've watched via Xbox TV and leave messages for others to read and respond to. Kinect 2.0 and Xbox One work together and has robust voice to text capabilities. The entire notion of communicating with friends you met online would have been natural and seamless. No reliance on Facebook, or Twitter (though those are optional for those who want them). Everything is perfectly crafted for the Xbox One controller and Kinect 2.0 and given that shine that only Microsoft can provide.

We at Microsoft have amazing plans for Xbox One that will make it an amazing experience for both gamers and entertainment consumers alike. I stand by the belief that Playstation 4 is Xbox 360 part 2, while Xbox One is trying to revolutionize entertainment consumption. For people who don't want these amazing additions, like Don said we have a console for that and it's called Xbox 360.

Per andare piu' nel dettaglio, il bump verso l'alto che si vede a partire dal fiscal year 2008 e' mezzo finto.
Parte di quell'incremento e' legittimo e dovuto all'abbassamento di prezzo del 360 + alcune uscite, l'altra parte e' un trucchetto o "illusione ottica" dovuta all'esclusione graduale di alcuni money-pit dalla divisione "entertainement" (quella di cui fa parte l'xbox appunto) tra cui anche lo Zune per citarne uno famoso etc.

Il succo e' che un vero "break-even" quella divisione non l'ha mai davvero avuto tranne, appunto, pochissimo tempo fa e non e' ancora riportato in questa tabella.

Spero siamo a posto ora ;) ....anche perche' mi rompe proprio i coglioni essere messo in dubbio su certe robe, specialmente da te Naz che sai che in sta cazzo di industria ci "sto" da 28 anni, oltre che come (ora esclusivamente) gamer anche da retailer, "giornalista" e (ormai SECOLI fa) anche come dev. (character designer e compositore per la precisione...e no: niente giochi memorabili ahime'...giusto uno su Amiga...ma manco troppo cagato :D)....e mi dispiace se poi finisce in flame, specialmente perche' as usual rimango convinto che davanti ad una birra tutte ste discussioni si farebbero molto meglio...e dopo 5 minuti si parlerebbe di figa.

La divisione games di ms è partita fortemente in perdita (come tutti si aspettavano), ed è da 5 anni in attivo - in concomitanza con la nuova console si aspettano drop e poi risalite. Sui 10 anni, non han ancora assorbito l'investimento totale iniziale, ma sono più vicini a farlo rispetto a sony.

A fronte di tale spiegazione, la frase: "Riguardo al fare i "milioni" ...MS col gaming e' andata giusto giusto in pari un paio di mesi fa a quanto mi risulta." è:
1) misleading 2) faziosa, in quanto da l'impressione che quei coglioni di microsoft (e solo loro) ci han sempre smenato.
Questo è fare cattiva informazione / non saper scrivere. Ed è esattamente questo il problema dei "giornalisti" in questo contesto (e non solo, ma vabbè).
Le mie risposte, e penso anche quelle di naz, non sono mai state una difesa all'xbox o alla playstation, sono state una critica a questo modo di scrivere facilone e demenziale, tipico dei "giornalisti", e relativo esercito di borg che si strappano i capelli su facebook e twitter leggendoli.

Il tuo poi arrivare e dire "ah cojoni, avevo ragione io!", a fronte della spiegazione paragonata alla frase originale, mi pare decisamente fuori luogo. Come nel caso di diablo, qua pare che tu ti dia ragione da solo su basi inconsistenti...

Puoi girare la frittata come cazzo ti pare eh, a me se il bilancio del lasso di tempo che intercorre tra 5 minuti fa e adesso e' in attivo: frega un cazzo.
Il succo e' che il bilancio della divisione e' in pari da due mesi...poi se vuoi aver ragione e continuare con le tue fantastronzate fai pure.

E' come se io aprissi na pizzeria e ci perdessi un miliardo di euro l'anno per i primi 5 anni....poi pero' siccome nell'ultimo anno fiscale (e stando BENATTENTO a contare solo ed esclusivamente quello) ho fatto 100k di guadagno allora sono in profit col bilancio totale della pizzeria...eh beh.

Il bilancio ANNUALE, e' attivo, non quello di divisione (o meglio: ORA si, al pelo)

Inoltre ho anche spiegato grazie a quali "magheggi" il bilancio e' stato tirato su di piu' di quanto lo sia in realta', tagliando dei rami secchi dalla divisione.
