2.6 è out e star marine merita l'attesa
anche se non avendo server in europa atm (dovrebbe arrivare a breve grazie al passaggio a lumberyard e il network di amazon) il ping a 150/200 non è il massimo
il nuovo flight system con metà delle speed scm di cui ero critico prima di provare invece si è rivelato fantastico. piu controllo della nave e combinare cruise con afterburner è una scelta molto intelligente
Cioè ma veramente stanno quasi a 160 mln € raccolti e in 6 anni non sono ancora riusciti ad annunciare una release date?
O è la + grande operazione di marketing in ambito videoludico o boh per inseguire la perfezione e il gioco definitivo rischiano di non farlo uscire +.

non avevo piu postato perchè chiarmanete non c'era interesse qua sul forum
nonostante il kickstarter sia del 2012 lo sviluppo effettivo è iniziato a fine 2013 quindi siamo sui 4 anni, che se tu guardi lo sviluppo dei grandi giochi è del tutto normale. gta5 che è un gioco minuscolo rispetto a star citizen ci hanno messo 5 anni e piu o meno la stessa cifra. il fatto che tu hai saputo di gta5 solo 1 anno prima dell'uscita è perchè usano diversi sistemi di marketing.
star citizen è completamente trasparente e ti fanno vedere il progress che fanno di settimana in settimana con video da 30 minuti. solo una persona cieca ignorebbe lo sviluppo che c'è dietro.
il problema è che puntato alle stelle (letteralmente lol) e ci vorrà tempo. la demo della 3.0 del gamescom è un netto miglioramento rispetto a quella di 6 mesi fa. certo cha semprei suoi bug (alcuni ancora grossi) ma almeno hanno le palle di fare il tutto in live e non registrare una demo prima e farla vedere nella presentazione.
con questo gioco ci vorrà pazienza, ma non ho dubbi che uscirà e pusharà tutti i limiti dei giochi che conosciamo.
l'ho detto mille volte preferisco ritardi su ritardi e un gioco che ci prova a essere innovativo e pushare i limiti del pc gaming che il solito minestrone copy paste che sono oggi giorno il 90% dei giochi che escono
E' appunto a "quel ci vorrà tempo" che mi fa pensare, che poi non vorrei finisse un pò come con il bastone e la carota perchè poi andando avanti la potenza e le novità aumentano e per inseguire sempre il max alla fine non lo fanno + uscire boh.
E' che fa strano aver pagato un gioco 5 anni fa e ancora non mettere le mani su niente che possa definirsi "concreto"
sempre meglio dei miei 120$ su Camelot unchained se li avessi messi in bitcoin sarebbero diventati 400$ ahahha
Premessa: l'ho sempre seguito fin dall'inizio perchè sono un fan di Chris Roberts.
Pero' ti posso dire che qua il progetto è reale, esiste, si è evoluto tantissimo negli anni (sp, nuovo motore grafico, mp e via dicendo) e soprattutto per tutti quelli che ne fanno parte del progetto lo posso provare e mettere mano a tutti questi miglioramenti.
A differenza di tantissimi progetti di crowdfunding dove paghi non sai un cazzo per 43545345 decenni e poi
A- Viene cancellato
B- Fa schifo al cazzo
Qua l'unico "problema" è che puntano altissimo.
Ma sono quei progetti che puntano anche a cambiare gli equilibri e stravolgere i classici "standard".
Nessuno mette in dubbio che il progetto non esista o che non sia serio o che non vogliano puntare altissimo, ma proprio per tale ragioni e spostare l'asticella sempre + in alto fa venire dubbi su quando mai uscirà sto gioco e come uscirà.
Cioè il rischio di bastone e carota è abbastanza concreto, il puntare altissimo non ti da certezze casomai il contrario perchè appunto vai nell'inesplorato o punti a standard così elevati che di fatto non sono ancora presenti in parte, di conseguenza i dubbi sono + che leciti.
Mettiamoci poi il fatto che da quello che ho capito per quanti soldi hanno fatto sono totalmente slegati da pressioni di publisher e soci, di conseguenza fanno un pò il cazzo che vogliono e non so quante pressioni abbiano, lato data di uscita non è proprio una buona notizia, poi concordo che meglio esce con meno bug e meno è ma solitamente i giochi enormi hanno un fottio di bug, questo che si presenta come ancora + enorme come concetto se aspetti anche di fixarli tutti o quasi mi sa non ne esci +.
Poi personalmente non è che gli brucio casa e gli vado a chieder indietro i soldi dati visto che so passati 6 anni e faccio pure fatica a ritrovare le credenziali d'accesso lol ma qualcosa di concreto mi piacerebbe ci fosse all'orizzonte.
a parte l'eye candy che è stata tanta roba (le città e i pianeti procedurali così dettagliati sono incredibili) è un periodo che stanno rilasciando anche piu info sul gameplay
con la pioneer (nave da colonizzazione) introducono le basi per player/org e claim dei territori con tutto quello che ne deriva
che era l'ultimo pezzo che mancava imho
più tantissime info in piu su professioni e componenti delle navi
ragazzi esce dopo lo smau tranquilli
