TGS 2006: PS3 to Take Over Tokyo

August 23, 2006 - We had a hunch that Sony's presence at the September Tokyo Game Show was going to be big, and now we have confirmation. Sony Computer Entertainment Japan announced today that 27 PS3 games will be playable at the show.

Here's a list of 19 of 27 confirmed playable PS3 titles. The publisher for each game is listed in parentheses.

# Minna no Golf 5 (aka Hot Shots Golf, SCEJ)

All but the first game were previously announced. Given its publisher (and title), the first game is likely a train simulation game of some form.

The remaining 8 titles are currently a mystery, so we encourage wild speculation.

Sony will also have a theater in its booth which will show video footage of a total of 35 titles. We presume there will be some overlap with the playable titles and the video-only titles, but Sony wasn't clear about the matter.

TGS kicks off September 22nd. IGN will, of course, be in attendance bringing you full coverage of all things PS3.

Gli unici interessanti sono Lair, Heavenly Sword (), MotorStorm, Resistance, Warhawk e Eye of Judgement.

Non ci credo manco morto che ci sarà qualcosa di giocabile di DMC e GT. Anzi, forse qualcosa di GT ci sarà.. magari quella cagata di demo di GT HD che girava l'altra volta, che altro non è che GT 4 con risoluzione alzata -_-
