    Shadow: Daga Prince+Offhand dei badge, Wand di Shade, Set Spellstrike (e cappello Opera oltre al set, a scelta), Set Shadoweave, Neck Karazan(Trash), Back di Kazzak, Bracciali Veteran, Guanti Merciless, Cintura Merciless, Anelli Scryers e Karazan Exalted, Trinker Scryers e Quagmirran. Da pvp ha pure back veteran e wand gladiator.
    Qualche pezzo epico di karazan da healer (Boot guanti trinkets chest head Spalle Ring).
