    alzare il cap del 20% dei self/buff/cast/spell etc...funziona anche per il vampiro?

    La provo tanto la ho sul ranger. dovrebbe andare sui self bufs, ma non su debuffs e hot.Piuttosto per gli shadow masters forse è il caso di pensare a flask o corona di zahur ...eficient healing funge sull'hot
