Anarchy Reigns (マックス アナーキー Makkusu Anākī?, lit. "Max Anarchy") is a online beat 'em up game developed by Platinum Games set in the post-apocalyptic future.

It is their fifth game published by Sega and is being produced by Atsushi Inaba and directed by Masaki Yamanaka.

It was released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on July 5, 2012 in Japan, but the planned simultaneous release in North America, Europe and Australia is said "To be confirmed" by Sega on May 25, 2012.

On June 18, 2012, Sega confirmed via Twitter that the game will be released in Europe and North America in March 2013.

Il mio commento lo metto qui:

ho giocato la demo e mi sono divertito davvero un bel po', credo che il single player fara' merda AoE ma il multi da quel che avevo visto aveva un puttanaio di potenziale anche per le diverse modalita' (anche quelle idiote tipo calcetto e robe cosi').

L'unico peccatissimo e' che l'uscita in giappone non e' stata (per ora) un gran successo:

"Platinum Game's highly anticipated Anarchy Reigns failed to sell well in its debut week. The PS3 version came in eighth place with 21,199, while its 360 counterpart was way down at number 28 with 4,170 sales. This certainly doesn't bode well for Sega's recently delayed multiplayer brawler."

Se vi capita provatelo perche' merita, a prima vista l'ho riempito di insulti (Suppa knows) ma da giocare a me e' sembrato proprio carino.
