    Secondo Xerox, i servizi AdWords e ADSense di Google violano il brevetto del 2004, mentre Google Maps, YouTube e Google Video violano il brevetto del 2001. Per quanto riguarda Yahoo, invece, sarebbero Search Marketing, Publisher Network e la ricerca contestuale Y!Q a violare il brevetto del 2004 e Yahoo shopping service a violare il brevetto del 2001.
