Due to backlogs in the postal service around the country following the recent severe weather conditions and increased seasonal delivery volumes, we are aware that deliveries have been delayed throughout the postal system. We are trying our hardest to deliver your order in time for Christmas but we wanted to let you know that you may experience a slight delay whilst your order was in transit to you.
If you have received your item you do not need to do anything further.
If you have not yet received your item and want to make alternative arrangements in the meantime, we totally understand, however we ask that you allow 15 working days from date of dispatch before advising us that you have not received your item.
We are really sorry especially at this time of year, but we would expect you to receive your parcel within the next few days. If your item arrives too late, please send back to us via the below address and obtain Proof of Postage from the post office, we can then refund you once the item has been received.
