    qualcuno mi sa dire se formattando un ssd (boot da dvd) si resetta il firmware?

    No il firmware non lo tocchi. Per riportare un ssd alle condizioni ottimali è consigliato fare un secure erase, ad esempio con parted magic :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=udxNL6sCuDQ
