Finalmente si fa qualcosa in direzione "Nazione Europa" paradossalmente sono cambi come questi che possono determinare maggiore coesione tra gli stati.

Adesso c'e' da capire se gli attuali piani flat saranno estesi anche fuori dal territorio oppure faranno come fa ora 3 che te lo garantisce solo sulla propria rete....

Dal quello che leggevo hanno messo dei limiti per evitare che ad esempio ti fai l'abbonamento in nazione X e lo usi stabilmente nella nazione Y.
Per quanto riguarda la linea flat la vedo anche giustamente difficile da applicare fuori dalla propria rete
La 3 dovrebbe già aver implementato le nuove tariffe, anticipando la scadenza del 2017. O almeno così avevo letto di sfuggita.
