praticamente dove non arriva la adsl ora telecom dal 14 agosto da la possibilità di avere una flat 56kb (12 euro/mese) oppure isdn (24 euro/mese)
praticamente ora il tuo amico pagando 24 euro al mese và meglio di una adsl dal punto di vista di lag
tra l'altro la telecom darà la possibilità di usare il secondo canale isdn (per andare a 128kbps) senza pagare costi aggiuntivi...

il 64k è solamente per isdn non per normale analogica
