Non ho la piu' pallida idea di come renderti funzionante l'11, ed in ogni caso non se ne puo' discutere qui.
Comunque, da Installazione Applicazioni in Pannello di controllo, puoi fare il rollback al 10.
Una volta aperto il pannello, non ricordo se hai un'opzione accanto a cambia, oppure se devi slezionare cambia e poi fare rollback, dacci un occhio comunque.

Ho provato a fare il rollback al 10 ma mi compare questa finestra:

Program dependencies are blocking rollback
The following programs depend on this version of Windows Media Format Runtime to run properly and must be removed before you roll back to the previous version of the Windows Media Format Runtime.
Setup will exit without making any changes to your computer.

Che devo fare?
