funziona che alle 21 abilitano il pulsante per inviare un messaggio ed hai un ora di tempo per inviarlo. Alle 22 disabilitano il pulsantino, e poi fanno l'estrazione... ieri notte hanno dato 80 key....
alle volte invece fanno che lo abilitano e lo disabilitano dopo pochi minuti, dando le key ai più veloci
