Scusate, usando un banale modello di concentrazione, se la quantità di armi per m^2 è 1000 in uno stato e la quantità di armi per m^2 è 10 per un altro stato
dato che il numero di pazzi furiosi che pero' sembrano normali fino al giorno prima per stato si distribuisce in maniera assolutamente simile,
la probabilità che un pazzo metta mano a un fucile automatico è molto piu' alta nel primo stato che nel secondo.
In maniera legale o illegale, sopratutto illegale.
Nel caso di questa strage il tizio ha preso le armi della madre e lui era suonato come una tromba, le mani sulle armi non ce le doveva mettere.

non so se sai come funziona l'internazionale: traducono articoli di giornale da tutto il mondo quindi potrebbe al max aver sbagliato il times..President Obama asked Congress to reinstate the federal ban on assault weapons

Non ha sbagliato nessuno dei due.
parlano di assault weapons, armi semiautomatiche con caratterische, anche solo cosmetiche, da renderle simili alle cosiddette Title II weapons, cioè le automatiche vere e proprie ( ed altre tipo gli SBR SBS DD AOW i sileziatori ecc.)
