Posta un po le fonti perché, come per daoc, sono alquanto in disaccordo con quello che si legge in giro, ovvero che MJ ha dichiarato che ci sono stati dai ritardo in quanto uno sviluppatore si è unito al team in ritardo e son dovuti procedere a rilento con la tabella di marcia al punto da spostare la data della beta.

Che senso avrebbe il refound??? Avete scommesso sul nulla e ora vi lamentate perchè è rimasto tale?
che tra l'altro così non è perchè il gioco continua a essere sviluppato solo in tempi molto più lunghi come era normale che fosse.

Le fonti sono i post fatti dagli utenti su Reddit, Postcount etc dove viene sottolineata la totale inadeguatezza di tutto il progetto.

Il kickstarter OBBLIGA chi propone il progetto a portarlo a termine.
In caso di abbandono o in caso di troppe cose disattese, il committente è TENUTO a rimborsare i backers in qualche modo, o con ulteriori benefit ingame o, in caso di progetto abbandonato, col refund di quanto disponibile in proporzione...

they’re able to demonstrate that they’ve used funds appropriately and made every reasonable effort to complete the project as promised;
they’ve been honest, and have made no material misrepresentations in their communication to backers; and
they offer to return any remaining funds to backers who have not received their reward (in proportion to the amounts pledged), or else explain how those funds will be used to complete the project in some alternate form.

The creator is solely responsible for fulfilling the promises made in their project. If they’re unable to satisfy the terms of this agreement, they may be subject to legal action by backers.

Scusate eh, premetto che neanche sono un backer e credo poco dal progetto fin dall'inizio ma comunque lo seguo con interesse, ho provato ad andare su Reddit & Co per vedere questa "fantomatica" shitstorm di refund e via dicendo, ma sarò pure invecchiato e diventato cieco ma non ho trovato nulla.

Il progetto non è abbandonato, se leggi il link che ho postato MJ ha detto che sta procedendo a rilento e anzi, grazie alle donazione avute nell'ultimo periodo, ha potuto assumere un'altra persona che si occuperà dello sviluppo del gioco. Tutto questo
però, pochè il team rimane comunque esiguo, ha fatto slittare i tempi della beta. Di conseguenza il refund di cui tu parli sarebbe più che altro in termini di maggiori benefits in game e non di "give my money back!!!".
Del resto è normale che un progetto di nicchia abbia dei ritardi, vi ricordo che lo stesso TW3 è stato posticipato più di una volta. Infine, come ha detto Naz, non si leggono in giro o almeno nemmeno io li ho visti, posts in cui si parli in termini fallimentari

Si ma perdonami se ti porti a casa 3 milioni io non ti posso più trattare come il ragazzo indipendente che fa il gioco di nicchia per i suoi amici.
Con quella cifra in ballo diventa qualcosa di più serio che merita di essere gestita in maniera più professionale dal mi si è ammalato il programmatore quindi ritardiamo di 1 mese

Sarò abituato male io ma il fatto che una sola persona in più allo sviluppo possa fare tanta differenza mi lascia al quanto basito
