New zone and Villains in test server!

Torch and defense changes will eventually go there, but not right away.

This type of server will likely have daily publishes.

New bosses (Blizzard, Black Cat), new zone (Manhattan), optimization options, stacking mats, queuing upgrades. Lots of stuff may be boring, but still needs to be tested. There are hundreds and small and medium changes that never get mentioned in a blog, but are almost ready for release.

It's not for everyone, but some people will dig it.

Aggiornamento per i futuri heroes:

HUMAN TORCH

I played a lot of Human Torch today. 21 out of 25 of his powers are done. The other 4 are under iteration.

The visual effects are basically done and looking insane. The best so far. Hats off to the animation and VFX teams.

Torch still needs a ton of balancing and those remaining powers need to be finished up before he hits test center. At that point we will iterate based on feedback and testing and put him live shortly afterwards.

In general, Human Torch sets a very high bar on where we want our heroes to be. We intend to iterate on all of our existing heroes to meet this bar in terms of fun, play options and effectiveness across any situation.


EMMA FROST

Lots of work has been done on Emma Frost, but she is still several weeks from being ready for test server.


SQUIRREL GIRL AND LUKE CAGE

These will be the 3rd and 4th heroes released. We don't have a preference on which is first, so maybe we can have a community vote to determine their order of release. (Thoughts on that?)


NOVA

We are saving Nova for the last of the UP heroes to see how his storyline plays out in the comics, it may affect a couple of story-related things for him.


6th and 7th

We know who we want to do for the 6th and 7th Hero, but we haven't determined the order. I would like to have the community vote on this as well.


8th, 9th and 10th+

We aren't ready to talk about these guys yet.
