Di base i calcoli li fai con :
allenatore BUONO
17enne
10 assistenti allenatori
intensità 100%
resistenza 10%
90 min giocati
REGIA : 6 settimane (CC al 100% - ali al 50%)
ATTACCO : 6 settimane (un pelo + lento di regia // solo attaccanti)
DIFESA : 8 settimane (tutti i dif)
CROSS : 5 settimane (ali al 100% - terzini al 50%)
PARATE : 4-5 settimane (solo portieri)
A seconda di cosa vari il tempo aumenta.
10 assistenti valgono 1 settimana...se levi assistenti rallenta in %
ogni livello allenatore vale 1 settimana (il tuo debole ti fa perdere 4 settimane nette)
ecc ecc

Inizia allenando portieri.
Ti fai 2 portieri accettabili con una manciata di spiccioli e prendi l'allenatore accettabile, se l'economia e' disastrata inizia magari con 4 assistenti e poi vai a salire. Li porti a magnifico, rivendi, e decidi se vuoi continuare un'altra fase per fare un altro po' di soldi per iniziare altro pesantemente oppure cambiare subito.
Se decidi di fare un altro giro ti consiglio di venderne uno 1/2 livelli prima, cosi' che mentre mantieni un portiere serio inizi a crescere l'altro.
Parate non e' sicuramente l'allenamento piu' proficuo, ma e' sicuramente quello che richiede la minore spesa iniziale, laddove per prendere gli almeno 6 giocatori di qualsiasi altro reparto spendi sicuramente di piu' e non avrai soldi per prendere dei multiskill redditizi.

col cazzo non so se posso far giocare il nazionale in campionato
se in amichevole me lo rompe uno del forum potrebbe essere assai spiacevole ..per lui
