idem attacco/assist e nn so ancora nulla, xò ho pensato che forse alla prox stagione passo allenare attacco e se penso che i nuovi allenamenti giovanili fa il modo che escono giovani promettenti attaccanti, sarebbe ottimo.

Quando si allenano i giocatori delle giovanili? Il giovedì sera come tutti? Devo organizzare la mia lega per allora?

Rispondo ufficialmente a questa domanda:
l'allenamento dei giovani avviene SUBITO DOPO LA PARTITA, qualunque giorno/ora in cui questa avvenga!

SE non giocate nessuna partita, non riceveranno alcun allenamento.

Appena fatta la partita (tempi tecnici permettendo), l'allenatore farà un resoconto di ciascuno di loro (almeno credo sia di ciascuno, non ne sono sicuro).

E chi si allena?
Se ad esempio io ho regia come allenamento primario e difesa come secondario, chi prende il primo allenamento e chi il secondo?

I centrocampisti (e le ali al 50%) per il primo, e i difensori per il secondo (ma in misura minore), come da logica (ma non potrei firmartelo col sangue al 100%, non le ho fatte io sti giovanili...mi sono solo limitato a tradurle :P)

Se invece opti per l'allenamento "individuale" tutti i giocatori prenderanno una piccola percentuale nel ruolo in cui sono stati schierati (ad es. il portiere prenderà parate, i difensori difesa, etc).

Non si conosce l'entità di questo allenamento, andrà provato col tempo...si sa solo che sarà meno efficace di un allenamento classico,

I promoted a YS player earlier today. I thought we could promote a player from the old YS and still find players for the new YS. I thought the stipulation was we couldnt not promote a player from BOTH YS.

You can't acquire two new players to your team the same week. If you have used the old system this week, you will not be able to find a new player for your academy.

My mistake, it should be in the training table (chap 17).
Individual training is based on the position of the player in the last match, so everyone in that match will get some training in the position he played. Defenders will get some defenders training, keepers get keeper training etc.

They will have birthday on different days.

(This aging system may maybe later be introduced for senior players too, otherwise youth players will have get the same birthday as everyone else when promoted to the senior team)
