Da quel che ho capito io credo che il 100gbit/s sia a regime attuale, e che il test di velocità sia stato fatto sulle stesse infrastrutture attualmente in essere.
i 100gbit/s ( raddoppiabili a 200) immagino sia la quota "stabile"

Deutsche Telekom è riuscita a raggiungere una velocità di trasmissione dati di 512 Gbit/s su un singolo canale in fibra della sua rete.
La dorsale tedesca, come altre, è in grado normalmente di supportare 100 Gbit/s per canale, per un massimo teorico di 48 canali e quindi 24.6 Tbit/s. Il nuovo sistema sviluppato dai laboratori Deutsche Telekom però sembra capace di raddoppiare la capacità semplicemente aggiornando le centraline

dicono che normalmente si arriva a 24.6 Tbit/s (cazzata ci si arriva solo a 512Gbit/s)....
e dicono che è il doppio di prima (cazzata dovrebbe essere 500%)....
quindi direi che chi ha scritto l'articolo è un cane.

Jiinn, il bello è che se cerchi la notizia sul sito di DK (in b4 "donkey kong lolasdecc."), c'è scritta la stessa roba a caso con dati che si contraddicono...
