Magic Issues
1. Runes of Suppression
* Runic Shield
Issue Description:
Runic Shield (Group "bubble") is over-written by the pulsing Blade Turn. If an RM in another group, with Croc Tear Ring and PBT running, runs by a group with Runic Shield up, the one-time group "bubble" is negated, and would need to be recast once the RM is out of the range of the CTR effect.
2. Runes of Suppression
* Bladeturn (Chant)
Issue Description:
Some pulse spell messages from this spell are still showing up in the Spell messages (default text in blue) rather than the Pulse Spell messages (default text in white). While turning off Pulse messages is an option, turning off Spell messages isn't, as crucial information on our spellcasts is provided in that text.
3. Runecarving Baseline Bolt
* Runes of Destruction Bolt
Issue Description:
Crowd Control (Mez, stun, root) spells from Healers can cause the effect of "your target is in combat and your bolt spell misses!". Request that CC not be counted as a factor in whether your bolts miss due to target being in combat, as purpose of CC is to hold mob/enemy player in place to be hit.
Realm Ability Issues
1. Rune of Utter Agility
Issue Description:
Currently, RoUA is classified as an Enhanced Evade that can go above the regular 50% evade cap. Enhanced Evade is calculated using a ratio of 50% dex/qui of the user. Runemasters do not put points into qui, nor SC it into their templates as it does not affect casting. Evade is also diminished by the Weaponskill of the attacker and by number of attackers. Testing versus other players has shown an actual evade rate of 10% to 56% per use, with an overall average of 33.3%. Should be a hard coded 90% evade for the duration, regardless of Weaponskill, Dex/Qui, and number of attackers.
Master Level Issues
1. Convoker
* Master Ability Battlewarder
Issue Description:
With LOS being required to cast this, and it using Focus, most casters with this ability would choose to cast their damage spells instead, since they would be in LOS of enemy players. Currently the only targets Battlewarder will attack are enemy players. Suggest that Battlewarder be able to attack doors and/or siege as well as enemy players.
2. Stormlord
* Master Abilities 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9
Issue Description:
These abilities all share the same timer, making this line very low in utility compared to Convoker, where none share the same timer. Propose that ML1, 5 and 8 be on a shared timer, ML3, 4 and 7 be on another shared timer, and ML9 have its own timer, but change the recast timer on ML9 to match its duration timer (both at 600 sec).
Documentation Issues
Issue Description:
All spell levels in the damage and debuff (AOE) spell (Raven Drove, Raven Flock, Raven Horde etc.) in the Runes of Darkness line delve in game as having a 20 second recast time when they should not have any recast time listed.
Issue Description:
The level 2, 10 and 16 single BladeTurn spells are incorrectly listed under the Spell line Confusion on the Runes of Suppression page on the Camelot Herald.

Issue Description:
The Damage and Debuff Spell line in the Runes of Darkness are called bolts when in actuality they are direct damage spells. Suggest amending the names to Minor Raven's Talon, Lesser Raven's Talon etc. to match with the higher end spells in this spec line (Munin's Claw and Hugin's Claw).

New Frontiers Issues
Issue Description:
GTAOE requires LOS in undestroyed towers although NF docs state "ground-target area affect spells still work as they always have" for LOS. Occurs when GT is on a different floor than you inside tower, or when you are outside and GT is inside tower.
Issue Description:
Brittle Guards do not port with the caster or keep up with boats, leaving caster without their protection until Brittle Guards catch up by running across the zones in between which can take several minutes.
Issue Description:
Level 10 towers and range calculation make it so that the caster cannot hit an enemy or npc guard on top while standing at the base of the tower and in LOS. Using a 1500 range spell, the target is out of range.
PvE Issues
Issue Description:
Spells are almost constantly resisted by high level mobs, leaving the caster to be a "bubble bot" (using pbt if they have it) or to place themselves in melee range by hitting the mob with their staff.
