Aiuto urgente ...che faccio ?

Ho ordinato le scarole daoc gold + toa da ebgames.com e come metodo di pagamento ho messo i dati della mia fida postepay , ora dopo 1 giorno mi e' arrivata una mail che mi dice questo

e io che gli dico ? la postepay e' ricaricabile e non ha un conto corrente ne' tantomeno le poste sono una banca . dovrei rispondergli entro 2 giorni non so' che fare . Ogni aiuto e' vitale . grazie mille .

ps: e' il mio primo post mi dispiace cominciare cosi' ma salve a tutti lo stesso

Su ebgames non si possono fare ordini con le prepagate, avevo avuto lo stesso problema e quando mi sono informato hanno detto che non le accettavano

(forse non era ebgames, spero per te)

EDIT: ho controllato, era proprio Ebgames. Cmq non dovrebbero averti addebitato nulla, quindi puoi fare l'ordine da un altra parte.

Tratto dalle FAQ di Ebgames:
All customers outside of the U.S. and Canada must contact their credit card issuing bank and ask them to release address verification information to EBgames.com. Without this verification we will be unable to process your International order.

Ok quindi disdico e via , sai un altro negozio online che vende delle versioni USA accettando la postepay ?

secondo me sono i migliori... anche se con alcune prepagate vogliono che gli invii un fax di un estratto conto recente.

io ho avuto lo stesso problema, cmq ho contattato il loro servizio assistenza e gli ho spiegato che ho una prepagata e che non ho estratto conto, concordando che avrei inviato loro una copia del documento di identita' e della carta.
